Solenoid valves without differential pressure (directly actuated and positively controlled solenoid valves) do not require a differential pressure between the valve inlet and outlet for operation. Directly controlled valves are actuated exclusively by the magnetic force. The maximum working pressure and flow rate through the valve is determined by the valve size and solenoid rating.
Positively controlled valves are characterized by a mechanical coupling of the magnet armature and the main sealing element. Thanks to this design, they work like directly actuated valves in the low-pressure range and like pilot-operated valves in the higher pressure ranges.
Our modular system design includes a selection of solenoids and valve bodies made from materials such as stainless steel, brass, cast steel and thermoplastic (PVDF, PPSU). This structure enables versatile and flexible use of the valves for different temperature and pressure requirements.
